1. About these terms

This website is operated by Werva Ltd. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information.

2. Pre-launch information

Werva is in development. Website descriptions, visuals, timing and planned features are illustrative and may change. Joining the waitlist expresses interest; it does not guarantee an invitation, a particular launch date or uninterrupted availability.

3. Waitlist offer

Eligible waitlist members who receive and activate early access will receive six months without a subscription charge. The activation window, included service and start date will be confirmed with the invitation. The offer is limited to one per person, cannot be transferred, has no cash value and cannot be combined with another introductory offer unless we say otherwise.

We may prevent duplicate, fraudulent or abusive claims. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the site unlawfully or attempt to harm it. In particular, you must not:

• introduce malware, scripts or harmful material;
• probe, bypass or interfere with security or access controls;
• submit spam, misleading information or another person’s details without permission;
• scrape, harvest or systematically extract contact details or site content;
• overload the site or use automated systems in a way that disrupts normal operation; or
• copy, impersonate or falsely suggest an association with Werva Ltd.

We may block submissions or access where reasonably necessary to protect the site or others.

5. Intellectual property

The Werva name, brand assets, website design, copy and other content belong to Werva Ltd or its licensors. You may view the site for personal use only. No other rights are granted without written permission.

6. Contact form

Use the contact form only for genuine enquiries. Do not send passwords, financial details, health information or other sensitive information. Submission does not create a confidential, advisory or contractual relationship.

7. Availability and links

We may update, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site without notice. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors. External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Responsibility

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, this site before launch is provided for general information and we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from reliance on unfinished product descriptions.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a UK consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the part of the UK where you live.

10. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the service develops. The latest version and date will appear here. Material product terms will be presented before early access is activated.
